Conference Highlights: 2022 Recognition Lunch
On May 11, 2022, Statslog Founder, Michael Copas received his award as an Honorary Member of the OAA at the 2022 Conference: “Inspiring Climate Action”. A special recognition lunch event honoured members of the architecture profession, specifically:
“An Honorary Member is a person who has given valuable and distinguished service to the architectural profession or has scrupulously upheld the objects of the Association.”
For over 40+ years, Michael Copas has influenced hundreds of architects on thousands of projects, through the provision of contract administration services—and FIVE by STATSLOG. He often uses anecdotes as a means to inform architects of: what threatens them, who are the instigators, why they are motivated, where architects should look for solutions, and when they must act. He has used projects to exemplify how contract administration can be a realignment to heal an architectural practice. At 79, Michael is still actively consulting and leading the development of products with his expertise.
Congratulations on this well-deserved honour, Michael!
